We offer free next-day delivery, Wednesday through to Sunday, to locations within a 5km radius of our shop in Ivanhoe East. There is no minimum quantity or value, however, the delivery timeframe of "next day" is both subject to product availability, and cut off time. Cut off time for next day delivery is 7pm.

$5 flat rate Melbourne delivery with no minimum quantity or value. Please allow approx. 1-3 days. However, delivery timeframe of "approx. 1-3 days" is both subject to product availability, and cut off time.
$15 FLAT RATE SYDNEY, BYRON BAY + BRISBANE (2-5 DAYS)
$15 flat rate Sydney, Byron Bay & Brisbane delivery with no minimum quantity or value. Please allow approx. 2-5 days. However, delivery timeframe of "approx. 2-5 days" is both subject to product availability, and cut off time.
FREE SHIPPING $300+ VIC NSW (2-10 DAYS)
We offer free shipping to Victoria and New South Wales on orders over $300AUD. This is automatically applied at checkout. Please allow approx. 2-10 days depending on your location. However, delivery timeframe of "approx. 2-10 days" is both subject to product availability, and cut off time.
AUS-WIDE SHIPPING AVAILABLE VIA AUSPOST (CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT)
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping is calculated and charged at check out based on your location and order quantity.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BEVERAGES
All of our beverages are handcrafted with the utmost attention to detail and care. They are exceptional bottles that are sensitive to external factors for instance temperature and movement. As such, we'll try not to ship wine on hot days and we recommend were possible, if shipped via courier or Aus-post to allow bottles to rest for at least a week before opening. In addition to storage in a cool dark place. They'll shine brighter for it!
CORK TAINT RETURN POLICY
If you have any issues with cork taint, please contact us directly via email as soon as possible. If a wine is corked, we are more than happy to replace the bottle if we have another in stock, or organise an in-store credit if the following criteria is met. The wine must be returned to our shop in Ivanhoe East with proof of purchase within two years of the purchase date & within two weeks of opening the bottle. The bottle must be at least 75% full & can be returned to us. From there, we can assess the bottle and advise if a replacement bottle or credit can be issued. Please not this is not always possible. Best to email email@example.com as soon as possible and we'll talk you through the rest.
